Note #1: The Martin County School Board currently employs the Shared Services Network Facilitator full time.  One half of the position is Shared Services facilitation and the other half is Parent Liaison in the Exceptional Student Education Department.  Because these two positions have overlapping activities, the Parent Liaison position benefits by Shared Services Network.  Hence Martin County School District supports the position with in-kind contributions.  The estimated salary and benefits for the full-time position is $51,800 (approximately $38,400 in salary and $13,400 in benefits.) Funds from the Exceptional Student Education discretionary grant pay approximately $19,200 toward salary and $13,400 for the entire benefit package.
